Our 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of shipment. This means the 14-day period begins the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse, not when it is delivered to you. This gives you extra time to decide if the bag is right for you.

To be eligible for a return, your designer bag must meet the following strict criteria:

  • Unused Condition: The bag must be absolutely unused and in the same pristine condition that you received it. Any signs of wear, scuff marks, or damage will result in the return being rejected.
  • Original Packaging: The bag must be returned in its original dust bag, box, and packaging, with all protective wrappings intact.
  • All Accessories Included: Any accessories, such as straps, charms, or authentication cards, must be returned with the bag.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: We do not accept returns on items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@vapkofficial.com within 14 days of your order’s shipment date. In your email, please include:
    • Your order number
    • The name of the item you wish to return
    • The reason for the return (e.g., incorrect item, you’ve changed your mind)
  2. Await Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to send the bag back to us. Do not ship your item until you have received this authorization.
  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and thoroughly inspect the returned designer bag, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved and the item is in perfect condition, your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  • If your return is rejected because the item is not in its original condition, we will inform you of the reason, and the item will be sent back to you at your expense.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@vapkofficial.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective bag, please contact us immediately at support@vapkofficial.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for the defective item.
